Studio Classes
Natalie offers energizing classes designed for everybody in mind.
Classes are based in strength, rebounding (trampoline) and pilates/barre. Natalie imbues a fresh creativity into all sequencing. Leave class feeling lighter, stronger and ready to tackle whatever your day has in store.
Bounce / Trampoline
Natalie's signature class! Full body workout using fitness rebounders, pilates balls and weights. This class is cardio, strength, with an extra focus on core.
Fusion
This dynamic fusion class blends core work with total-body strength training. Designed to build strength, enhance stability and improve endurance. Expect a mixture of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells and resistance bands. Perfect for all fitness levels - modifications provided.
Burn / Bootcamp
This class is a full body workout, incorporating strength, agility and short bursts of cardio. It will be fun, challenging and kick your ass in the best way. We will be using Bosu, TRX, weights and resistance bands.
